Website privacy notice
Updated October 9, 2026. Nopawlitos is prelaunch; this notice will be reviewed again before paid service begins.
Information this site requests
The founding-route form requests a name, email, phone number, city, ZIP code, pet name and type, approximate size, requested service and schedule, known handling factors, and optional notes. It intentionally does not request a full street address, key or alarm details, payment-card data, veterinary records, or identity documents.
Why Nopawlitos uses it
The information is used to evaluate route demand, contact the requester, review basic service and handling fit, prevent abuse, and plan launch capacity. It is not sold. It should not be used for unrelated marketing without a separate lawful consent.
Where it goes
This website runs on Cloudflare. When you submit the founding-route form, your request is sent over an encrypted connection to a private Google Sheet in a Google account controlled by the Nopawlitos team, and only the people who review route requests can open it. Cloudflare and Google handle this information as service providers. Nopawlitos does not sell it or share it with advertisers.
Retention and access
Prelaunch requests should be reviewed every 90 days and removed when they are no longer needed, unless the person becomes a client or another lawful recordkeeping obligation applies. Production access should be limited by role and protected with multi-factor authentication.
Cookies and analytics
The current code does not add advertising pixels or non-essential cookies. If privacy-respecting analytics, advertising, chat, or call tracking is added, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated before the tool is enabled.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging household pet care and is not designed to collect information from children.
