Safety is the service

No rushed handoff. No mystery walker.

Every household starts with a care and handling review. We confirm entry, gear, triggers, health notes, emergency contacts, and what the assigned walker can safely manage before the first solo visit.

  • Written handling plan
  • Walker-specific size and strength limits
  • Weather and incident stop rules
  • Secure access and key-control process

A local route, not a giant radius

We grow one dependable neighborhood at a time.

Route density keeps visits on time, gives caregivers safer shifts, and protects the economics that fund training, insurance, and backup coverage.

Good questions are part of good care

Before you hand over the leash.

We are documenting the decisions families usually have to ask about after something goes wrong.

Is Nopawlitos accepting clients now?

We are building the founding Berwyn and Cicero route now. Joining the route is not a paid booking: it helps us confirm your location, care needs, and schedule before insurance, screening, software, and local licensing are complete.

Will my dog always have the same walker?

Consistency is the default. Each household has a primary walker and, once the team grows, a trained backup who has reviewed the care plan. A new person is never introduced without notice except during a genuine emergency.

Do you walk dogs together?

Nopawlitos starts with one household at a time. Dogs from the same home may walk together only after a handling assessment confirms the combined size, strength, gear, and behavior are safe for that walker.

What happens in bad weather?

We adjust the route and activity to heat, cold, storms, pavement temperature, air quality, and the individual dog. When outdoor time is unsafe, the remaining visit becomes an indoor care and enrichment session. Severe conditions may require rescheduling.

How will I know the visit happened?

The operating system is designed around check-in and check-out records, route or visit timing, photos, care notes, and automatic completion updates. These features go live with the client portal before paid service begins.

Why are some cities on a waitlist?

A large service radius looks convenient but creates late visits, unsafe rushing, and weak economics. We open each city only when recurring demand can support a compact route, a dedicated trained walker, and backup coverage.
